Delicious food right in the middle of town. Ate the traditional chicken cooked in tomatoes wirh rice and beans. Would eat again if I could.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. It was the best meal we had in Quepos and was reasonably priced. There are some restaurants right on the water that are decent, but pretty expensive and touristy. This place had great food at a great price. I saw comments below about an unfriendly staff, but we had just the opposite experience. Everyone was great. We were there on Monday night, March 26th. It's the one restaurant I would recommend to anyone traveling to Quepos.

Please, don’t even waste your time at this place. For starters the food is AVERAGE at best. The service was slow and the staff was totally unwelcoming. Our server pretty much gave us the sense that we were more of a nuisance than good paying customers. We were there for over an hour of which 20 minutes were spent waiting for someone to take our order and another 20-25 min for our food to actually get to our table, (IT WAS NOT BUSY) and a few more minutes to get the check. We had friendlier service from the roadside sodas on the way into Quepos. We would have walked out had it not been pouring buckets at the time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are much better restaurants (Tiquicia Delicias, Escalofrio, Soda Sanchez) in the area certainly friendlier. #SERVICEw/NOSMILE

We wanted to have some nice fish and we had some fish from the freezer that was half-cooked and we were waiting for 40 mins and also expensive for such a low quality food. Staff was unfriendly too. I would never recommend this place. Right next to the Pacific ocean and they serve such low quality fish

If you want to experience Costa Rica Tradicional food this is the place to be.
For breakfast ask for pinto tipico ( scramble eggs , platain, with mixed rice and beans, onions and other species that make it the everydays Costaricans breakfast.
    Buen Provecho!!!!!!
