It is a nice place, service is lovely, rooms are good but the pool is not great and the area they have hotel in is very lousy. Not that the area is bad but there is nothing to do there except for going to the mall and see a movie, eat around and that is about it. Nothing really scenic, go to another hotel if you are looking for a proper vacation.

Great hotel near the airport. It's got all kinds of restaurants nearby and is literally in front of one of the best shopping malls of San Jose. The staff was looking kind and attentive and took care of all of our concerns. Did not get the breakfast but from what I could see (from afar) it wasn't worth it.

The rooms weren’t bad at all. Clean and comfortable. However the breakfast was disappointing. We wanted a lite breakfast so we decided on toast. The bread had been sitting out uncovered so it was a little hard. Toaster wasn’t great we had to put it down 3 times to get the toast toasted. The butter was right out of the fridge so you couldn’t spread it. Then they charged $9USD for two orders of toast. So ridiculous. No one even served it to us we got it ourselves. $9 is way too much. Wasn’t happy at all.

Clean. Nice lobby and bar area for relaxing watching a game or just hanging out. Good location to other restaurants. Nicer well kept area of San Jose. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in good location. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance of a few minutes. Starbucks, Hooters, many more. Hotel is clean, staff is nice, ample free parking. I would stay here again.

The staff we're super nice and friendly. Rooms had plenty of space. The beds we're very nice and clean and neat. The breakfast is not free. I would highly suggest going downtown for breakfast.

The staff at this Marriott makes it their business to see you happy. I'm a Marriott lover. But, sometimes the service is beyond good. This is one of those instances. Incredible staff, perfect location, and all of the top notch amenities that make Marriott a brand to grow up and grow old with.

Nice hotel well located, service is good and food is nice. There are some details to can be adjusted, to switch off the bedroom lights the main switch is next to the door, also next to the bed there is only two sockets to plug in the laptop, mobile or maybe any other electric gadget but in other to do it I had to unplug the lamp or the radio clock.

We stayed here for two seperate night to coenside with out flights.

Our first night the staff were very accommodating and we had the lunch buffet which was fairly good. Some other restaurants and a great little gelatto place within walking distance.

Where this place goes from 3 to 4 stars is when we came back 10 days later the staff and I mean everyone we interacted with the first time remembered us.

Very comfortable. Standard Courtyard arrangements.

Google maps diving directions will not get you to the hotel. They'll put you on the freeway in front of the hotel. To arrive right at the hotel using the frontage road you should select Plaza Itskazú as your destination.

Nice place to stay, mostly if you are working nearby.. a lot of facilities right in front of it, speacially if you are into bars/nightlife and drinking.. it does have a HUGE TRAFFICJAM right on it's main access street, if you value your time you should consider it because it's crazy!
