Amazing. 7 of us with 7 different dishes and all thought it was outstanding. The service was good and everyone was welcoming. It is a beautiful restaurant.

Just finished an outstanding meal here. Top 10 of the meals we have ever had. Great service and outstanding food. We had the Risotto and the Beef with Ginger Wok followed by the Chocolate Soufflé. Food was steaming hot and arrived quickly.

Citron has been the go to place for good food in El Coco, after spending some time trying out new places here I am glad to say it is still one of the best restaurants in the area. Service is pretty good and food portions are made to have a 3 course menu (appetizer, main and dessert). Prices are slightly high but then again prices in the whole area are pretty high so its worth it to pay a little more if you want to have a good meal.

Great place for a quiet and even romantic dinner. You can choose to sit inside in the a/c or outside on the patio. Only open for dinner. Highly recommend the Goat Cheese Salad and the Sea Bass Fideua! Also, the Passion Fruit Martini is amazing!

This place is fantastic! The bad reviews with one star are likely a competitor. Risotto and the crepes are incredible. The Rigatoni Milano is really good. I was here on a Saturday. Enjoy!

Good food, really elegant dining. Only comment is that this place is a little "out of place" - it makes sense considering the gated ex-pat American community it's nested within, though. Solid food and lots of amazing wines & drinks. Probably the nicest restaurant in town, both atmosphere-wise and price-wise.

There are 2 excellent restaurants in Playa Del Coco, and Citron is one of them. Good enough that we ate at Citron twice during our week long stay. 4 star in the states, but 5 star in Costa Rica
