  Nice Hostel with a relaxed vibe. Kitchen is big. Nice staff, right in front of the surf!

  Beautiful. Pura Vida Pure life.
  
  Everyday the chill atmosphere was enveloping. And the weather was super perfect. Warm ocean water. Great surf board deals along with the renting of the room. The room was perfect and we had a balcony with a table and chairs. The howler monkeys even visited before we left.
  
  Board rental was easy and room rental was easy.
  
  They offer clothes washing for you for $5 a bag. Wash, fold, dry and return to your room same day.
  
  The bus back to San Jose stops right in front of the hostel.

  Didn't stay in the hostel but took lessons with Gretel and rented boards. We liked her lessons, she is very professional. Rush guards are coming with board, so no need to buy or rent them separately.

  Before I went to blue traliz hostel I read the review here, it sounds like a cool place for surfers. My staying there wasn't so good I got a rash from the bed linen all over my body, and I always felt that the hostel not clean.

  Cool hostel. Nice location for surfing, good surf lessons. Tamarindo is so small that you can walk anywhere. No problems.

  Amazing hostel and great surf lessons. Staff is extremely helpful. The beach is so close. And the rooms come with ac and hot water. Common area has very chill to meet new people. Very clean and all you wish for. Best place to stay in Tamarindo

  This hostel has a really great vibe. There is a common area in front of the rooms where everyone will hang out. Great way to meet new people from around the world!
  It offers surf rentals and it's just a minute walk from the beach. Would highly recommend for a stay in Tamarindo.
