RPM Vacation Rentals provided the perfect getaway for our 40th birthday trip. They were committed to ensuring everything went flawlessly. It was easy to make our deposits on the property and then they answered all my questions along the way. They provided exceptional options for in-house catering, massages, and excursions. Additionally, the property (Casa Banyan) was equipped with everything you'd need on vacation - towels, wifi, security, cleaning and pool staff, etc. I felt confident that this vacation with 9 friends would be pulled off flawlessly and it was due to RPM.

We just returned from a 7 day stay at Casa Banyan. The house is amazing! We had my husband and I and our two kids plus my father and it was very comfortable. Great close location to lots of good food and markets. They were very attentive with any questions or concerns. The staff was incredibly friendly and were so nice to my family and especially my kids. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing time down in Costa Rica. RPM was fantastic with getting us access to our condo. They are always so responsive anytime of the day or night. We stayed at Matapalo 405 and this condo was incredible. Sooooo fancy and comfortable. Most amazing view and access to the best pool/hotel in all of Tamarindo. Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay in Costa Rica! They staff was friendly and very helpful. We have one very small maintenance item that was addressed rapidly. The staff made great recommendations. Our house was spotless and very well maintained.

Staff is very attentive. We've stayed there 5 years and love it. The staff makes the stay easy. RPM staff speak fluent English so that's not a problem! Maintenance is prompt (if needed) and security is top notch. 3 easy locations and great employees!!! Prompt communication too! East check in and check out as well.

Told us that our condominium at the Diria would have same access to the hotel's amenities. When we got there, we did not have same access. Appears this has been a problem for many months but they never told us. Shame on you.

We rented a vacation home through RPM last week. The entire staff was fantastic! From the moment we inquired about the home, to the day we returned our keys, Kyle, Lola and the entire staff were extremely helpful and professional. They answered my constant questions regarding the weather, restaurant recommendations, safety issues all with prompt responses and smiles.

I even needed to borrow a US phone and one of the staff let me use her personal one to call the states. The team was so accommodating in every request! I would highly recommend using RPM for any travels!

We have owned our condo (Matapalo #405) since 2008. We engaged the services of RPM to manage the property on our behalf upon the close of escrow back then. They have done, and continue to do an outstanding job for us. There is no way we could possibly manage the property remotely. Since Kevin and Carolyn have taken over the operation/ownership, things have continued to run smoothly. They have brought new ideas into the mix and enhanced the social media end of the operation. If you own a property in Guanacaste and are thinking of renting it out or already do so, I would highly recommend engaging the services that RPM provides. Without their presence in-country and expertise, we would not be able to achieve the rental revenue that we continue to enjoy. Kudos to the RPM team!
