Loved Pueblo Colonial! Great two-level pool (just for the 9 units) with shade and deck chairs/tables and nice water fall feature. Two-story villas with A/C to stay in, great master bedroom with bath upstairs, and 2nd big sized bedroom (sleeps 4 with 2 in bunks) with bathroom too. Tile floors, mini balconies, high ceilings, well-built, perfect. Fully-equipped kitchens and tons of room for 6 (some can sleep 8 if you use the sofa-bed if that unit has one). On-site property manager means it's super easy to arrive/depart. Awesome to stay here as it's a 8 minute walk to the beach so you get privacy and quiet at night, yet can do play easily all day. We heard from some people in Tamarindo staying on the beach and it's rave-loud. Property manager can arrange pick up from airport, drivers to take you to beaches or outings, and we even had cooks come in and cook for us (more affordable than dragging our group of 8 adults and 8 kids to restaurant).
