  De belles balades à faire dans la forêt secondaire. Vues sur le volcan, d'anciennes coulées de lave et un arbre de 400ans, impressionnant ! Retour un peu long. Avec les billets : accès possible à la péninsule avec belle vue sur le lac depuis une tour d'observation accessible facilement.

  We planned the hike of the loop at the national park. We arrived around 9 am and only a few others were there. Entrance is $15 per adult and $5 child under 12.
  
  We drove up to the parking area and grabbed our rain jackets, water and snacks and headed off. The loop total is around 4 km. We spent just over 2 hours hiking. We saw the ceiba tree, hiked up to the volcano lookout, walled over the lava flow 1992 and made it back with very little rain. Clouds sat on the volcano all day though so we never got a clear view.
  
  Bathrooms are located at the entrance of the park.

  Belleza escénica unica, falta un poco mas de manejo del lugar en las instalaciones y extender más la red de senderos y mantenimiento de los mismo

  Excelente lugar para visitar. La atención si es muy lenta para el ingreso al parque. Lástima que duren tanto.

  Bit disappointing. You don't get anywhere near the proper lava flow and lots of paper were people have gone to the loo, yuk! But you get a good view of the volcano at the top.

  Easy, flat trails that offer a wide variety of habitats to explore and some good viewing vistas of Arenal volcano and lake.

  Bosque secundario en buena parte del parque. Vista impresionante al volcán y al lago desde el mirador. Falta un poco de mantenimiento.

  El arenal y sus alrededores son una parada imperdible en tu visita a Costa Rica. No olvides preguntar a los locales sobre la entrada al rio un lugar delicioso para tomar un cerveza y relajarte sin pagar las cuotas exageradas de los balnearios.
