  I had the pleasure of staying/working at Alya for 6 weeks and I loved every minute of it. I miss this place a lot already. Alya has a vibe to it that is like no other, it's down to earth and very spiritually awoke. You can drift off while meditating, and can easily ground yourself with the love from mother nature that surrounds Alya. Shlomo and his dogs and cats are very inviting, each guest we had fell in love with Alya. I wouldn't have stayed that long if I didn't like it. Living in the jungle while still being close to the beaches and town was amazing, can't wait to come back

  I loved this place so much. I stayed for more than a month working as a volunteer. Here you will really live in straight contact with nature. It is a very peaceful place and perfect for those that are looking for introspection. The beautiful beach of San Juanillo is very near by. You will enjoy to be there.
