This place is great! As a solo traveler, you can't get anything better than this if you are looking for a sun soaked vacation in a Costa Rican resort. Right on the beach, this place is amazing! If you are looking for Eco tourism, you will have to dig it bit but this place is great if you are looking for some place right off the beach. I'll be back!!!

This place is a jewel! 20 minutes from the airport, great ocean views, comfortable facilities and plenty of activities. The hotel has two pools, private beach expanse, a big restaurant and a terrace bar which seems ideal for a late afternoon cocktail. I did not stay the night, but was toured around and the rooms look great. Conference room was really nice too.

Outstanding end to a great holiday
The hotel offers fantastic air conditioned rooms. Amazing views over the bay and Pacific. The food is good and plentiful. The bars are well stocked and great staff. A fantastic hotel. Definitely would come again.response / report this review -

Beautiful property with excellent service. The area is quiet so it is great for relaxation. Definitely will go back on our next trip to Costa Rica.

This is a small all inclusive resort with 2 pools and 3 bars. All beaches in Costa Rica are public but the resort has gate access to the clean and quiet beach. My husband and I stayed in the large master suite. This was a beautiful room that is large enough to host a party with a large balcony, living room, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub and walk in closet. The resort is quite with limited activity on site but you can arrange to go on an excursion if you are interested.

If you want a comfortable hotel, with great food and drinks, this is the place for you, if you want an amazing beach, this is NOT the place for you, the beach is very mediocre.

I stayed for just one weekend but I wish I had stayed a month a beautiful beach with wonderful service from helpful staff. It was a very relaxing experience and I would highly recommend it

I stayed here June 25-27th. My partner got a violent case of food poisoning and I got travelers diarrhea here. The manager didn't care and didn't offer any compensation. We paid 400 dollars to both be ill. Now we are home and still not well. The rough thing about an all inclusive is that if the food is making you sick you have no choice but to keep eating it. We had a great time in Costa Rica for the 7 days before going to Casa Conde, zero issues with the food and water. Avoid this place!!

The grounds and pools are undeniably beautiful. Its easy to walk down to the beach, too. The bars are well stocked and food is above average. However, the quality of accomodations are a little low and the service staff is only so-so.

The rooms are spectacular! The food is very good and the staff is very nice. If you like blue water and white sand beach unfortunately that is not here because of the volcano and is darker sand. If you like your exotic drinks they are tasty and served with the bells and whistles BUT the drink assortment is not top shelf and seem water down. It took me and my partner to travel to a nearby local pub to get a good drink. The wine choices are local wines. The room refrigerator has 2 beers , 2 sodas and 2 waters. Not what I expected for a all inclusive .

Sehr schönes und saubere Hotelanlage, einzig die Preise im Restaurant fallen negativ auf Man ist schon auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen, da nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 20 Minuten entfernt sind (mit dem PKW)
Für Familien eine tolle Unterkunft!
