Best place to stay. Great location and walking distance to "zona T" and "Andres Carne de Res".

Such an extraordinary hotel . The location in the Northern part of Bogotá with all of its charm and entertainment, the hotel is a mix of French old world and modern beauty.
The hotel boasts many awards as well as hosts many special ceremonies for their guests. For example the candle ceremony where they say goodbye to the day and welcome the night. The bellmen walk around with candles and the grand entry stairway us adorned with lights. incredible art my local artists adorn the walls.
6 floors, all rooms have their own personal Wi-Fi which makes your connectivity perfect. A small for efficient spa where natural products can be requested for your beauty treatment. The dining and food are sublime. Staff speak French, English, and Español.
The rooms are well sized, and filled with robes, comfy and plush slippers you can take with you and a stocked mini-bar and snacks.

Not a good experience I'm afraid. The concierge was not up to her job and kept confusing times and pick ups. What a mess. Plus, the famous mandarina juice I ordered at the bar the first night upon my arrival was mixed with water, probably from tap. Needless to say the rest of my stay was spent running to the bathroom. And do not go to the breakfast area at around 8am: the room is way to small to accommodate all guests and there is a waiting line to get in there. Sorry guys, I'm not a complaining person but next time in Bogota I will try another place.
