Good hotel for a layover. Breakfast is not that good if you're an early bird and get there at 6am on the dot (things and staff not ready) and my wait for the airport shuttle was 1hour!!! Otherwise a very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are great.

Rooms are spacious and very modern.
They offer free airport shuttle starting at 4 AM.
We had to leave early and couldn't have the free breakfast that starts at 7 am, so they gave us a free pack lunch with banana chips and ham&cheese sandwich. Sweet!!

Great service, nice modern rooms. Good location if you need a hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle bus between hotel and airport every 30 minutes.

Went to Aloft by chance due to a connection missed in Bogota and it was arranged by Avianca. The room is very cool, cozy and comfortable. Free WiFi, pool table, and a very good breakfast.
The service is also good with very nice and kind people.

Front desk staff were rude and unwilling to assist. I had called ahead with an urgent request and they had said no problem. When I arrived an hour later, they had not even attempted to help with the request. I waited an additional 2.5 hours before the request was fulfilled. I will not be staying here again.

I sing up a couple years ago and have used it in El Salvador and Mexico

Rooms Are Clean and Modern 5*s
You restaurant service is terrible I was waiting 15 mins for any type of attention. They are quick to ask you what room you are in but they could care less after that. So after there laugh and giggles and my occasional stare with a slight wave of the hand I finally got server. 20 mins later I got a sandwich yes it takes 20 mins for a simple sandwich. After another 10 mins of waiting for a refill, heck even a glass of water would have been nice at this point, I finally yelled at them can i please have another drink. This Sandwich took an hour of my day thanks to you're lack of interest staffoh but the tips are charged to your bill regardless

Good hotel near the airport. Its really far from everything. So, it is only good if you are on business working with one of the companies nearby. Now, it has live bands pretty much every day from 6-9 so its not that dead. Food is also good.

I had a reservation paid this weekend, but unfortunately I could not travel to Colombia because the airline had problems with the flight. Tried to communicate with reservations to explain the situation and the customer service is horrible. Basically they stole my money without using the room.

Great hotel. Smart but not fussy. Reasonable but not cheap. Well located for the airport. We booked this via SPG not knowing what to expect. I'd recommend this to any international traveller - on business or pleasure.
