Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The room was a little warm for us and there was no thermostat, but we were able to adjust by opening the windows.
I was disappointed that when I asked at the bar for a canelazo drink they did not have the ingredients, but they did have the Barcelona game on so it was fine.
We did not order from room service, but there were dirty dishes left next to the elevator outside our room for over 24 hours.
Overall, we had pleasant stay and enjoyed the neighborhood.
Note, their laundry service is super unusual. A la carte - like dry cleaning. Rather than normal wash and fold, they pressed my underwear and delivered even athletic gear and t-shirts back to me on hangers in plastic bags. Best part was they charged $150 for a load of clothing without warning me ahead of time how it worked. At the end of the day there was nothing I could do except take away a good story and warn you not to use their laundry service.
Fantastic staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable pillows. Great location. Very safe. It's a little far from Zona Rosa (popular shopping/eating diztrict) for a nice walk (maybe 20 minutes walk). Staff English isn't perfect but they are willing to try to help/work with you and your needs.
Quiet location, close to 93 park. Good breakfast. Kind staff. Most days lift were out of order. Extra charges applied without previous notice.
Good place to stay. Safe, clean, good buffet breakfast
Nice and decent hotel
No Air conditioner in bedrooms.
I go here and use comfortable rooms for meetings
Rooms are nice. Hallway had bad odor.
Nice on the heart of Bogota
Good hotel
After spending a week at hotel ESTELAR Windsor, Bogotá, I feel comfortable in recommending the hotel as a place to stay. The staff are very attentive from Lisa giving me a smile everytime I pass her in the dining area, Geison who keeps me well supplied with coffee to keep me awake and also making sure i get what I need, Leidy who keeps my room nice clean and ordered and in record time too. By the time I step out of my room and back in 30 minutes, she's already cleaned and put away everything. Room looks fresh and ready to go again. Then there's Adriana who's overseeing the operations and always making sure I'm doing ok and enjoying the facilities and service.
The hotel is quite nice and located close to restaurants and shopping if you wish or get the time. The rooms are nice but I didn't like the bed much, a little too firm for me. I did enjoy the shower. I did not enjoy the wifi. The free wifi service offered by the hotel was for the most part tolerable in certian areas of the hotel, thankfully my room was one such place, conference room was not so fortunate. Getting on to the service was EASY and is actually the name of their service. After registration you are given the required information to gain access.
Overall I did enjoy my time in Bogotá and my stay at Hotel ESTELAR Windsor. If you're ever in Bogotá stop by.
