Very nice hotel, good layout, good food. The only downside is that it was very difficult to find staff who spoke English well enough to understand my questions. In a large international conference hotel, it's usual for staff to be multi-lingual, so I guess they don't get many foreign visitors.

I did not enjoy this hotel, staff are not generally welcoming other than reception. Room is small for the cost and the aircon did not work well, neither the shower only luke warm. Breakfast was ok but not special. I do mot think I would go out if my way to choose this hotel in such an amazing city

Nice huge safe compound like a small city in a city with nice people but room's & old outdated furniture needs to be deep cleaned & maintained/replaced like the floors my clean white socks turned black & the maids left to many long hairs all over the place & the microwave was dirty inside & out but if they got paid a fair wage they would work harder so I don't blame them but all in all was very nice with lots of room

We stayed at the Fontana Travelers it's part of the regular Fontana. What an awful experience. Old worn out room. Awful shower. Just not what you expect from a five star hotel. Pieces of furniture broken. OLD decorations reminds me of cheap hotels in Las Vegas. Ratan bed. Lol just plain awful.

Stayed there last month (February) for a week. The room was great! Bathroom was great too. Nearby Unicentro shopping mall with lots restaurants. Great location and very friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Nice hotel. Very cool staff members with good hospitality. Conducive atmosphere and convenient rooms. There are few malls blocks away. A very big mall with amazing parking lot. I spent a week in Estelar La Fontana and I really enjoyed myself. Would be there this February 2017 again during my conference in Bogota.

I checked in yesterday. The location is good. Has a mall a block away, lots of eateries. It has a lovely courtyard, kinda reminds you of Europe. The only thing am not excited about is my apartment; it's dark, interiors are a lil outdated, couch stained, n the cook top is old and not well maintained. Am wondering if all the apartment s are like mine.
