Very nice hostal outside at a walking distance of the park and the entrance of walls. Breakfast on the roof is perfect to enjoy the atmosphere of Cartagena the Beautiful

We have just completed a four night stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the building is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. We were particularly grateful for the 24 hour air conditioning in the room (Cartagena is HOT), and the rooftop breakfast was a pleasant surprise. For the price we paid, the standard of the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Two minor things to be aware of: 1) like most of Cartagena, the running water is cold, so best take a shower the moment you get in from the heat; and 2) the room keys are kept in a cubby behind the desk for anyone to see, and in theory any old tourist could walk in off the street and request your key (we kept our valuables hidden out of sight in the room, just in case someone came in while we were out.)

Apesar de não ter água quente, o hotel é muito organizado, bonito e com funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, tem suco, frutas, arepas, ovos e café. Os quartos variam dependendo do que foi reservado. Pegamos o deluxe e ficamos muito satisfeitos com ele. Bastante espaço e confortável.

Conveniently located hotel with nice common areas. Although some details could be improved, WiFi didn't reach my room and they don't offer hot water.

Not worth the money I paid. Very small, noisy room close to reception. They didn't want to change it without an additional charge. The wifi hardly worked.

Clean place, wonderful staff, backpacker location (lots of late bars & gringos). It seemed priced high for this area but we had gone to two other locations prior and were booked so we took what we could get.

Personal de recepción deja mucho que desear en especial el chico con nombre Andres. Las habitaciones sin agua caliente, muy pequeñas y mucho ruido por la mañana, no se puede descansar. Cuidado con los clavos en las puertas que están oxidados y dejan ver a través de la puerta (no hay privacidad).

Ótima localização, funcionários fantásticos. ANGELI principalmente, quartos muito limpos e confortáveis, café da manhã delicioso. Bom preço.

It seems that the hotel went through a major refurbishment lately, as the room we were given was looking very new. It did, however, smell of mould and had a shower whose drain was very clogged, flooding the shower area.
We were at the far back of the hotel and it was pretty silent. The breakfast is the same as the ones in other hotels (fruits + bread + eggs and coffee), but at least they let you choose the way the egg was cooked and if you want bread or arepa.
The wifi was very unstable, totally unreliable and the luggage room didn't seem very safe.response / report this review
