Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and location is close to everything downtown

Rooms are very small and dark (not just ours, every rooms, expecially the ones at the ground floor). There’s no hot water (it wasn’t a temporary problem: there’s not hot water at all). Wi-fi works only in reception and terrace and sometimes neither there. In addition prices are not so low as I would expect in a place like this. The terrace is the only thing that we can save. Sorry but you can find a better solution in Cartagena.

Beautiful hotel! Decorated so uniquely and breakfast was delicious! The staff was kind and the location was central to the city so it had great access to all the sights!

Quiet place with good shops close by. Price is very affordable. The beds are my only issue. They are super firm.

A beautiful bed and breakfast hotel located in the Getsemani area of Cartagena, a short walk to El Torre del Reloj, and the walled city.
It has a variety of room sizes, and an amazing pair of water walls culminating in a bridged Koi pond.
The staff are kind and always willing to help.

A pousada é muito boa e acolhedora. Fica localizada no bairro Getsemaní, a somente 600m da entrada da cidade murada. O bairro possui bons restaurantes. Nos deslocamos tranquilamente a pé para a cidade murada, o Castelo de São Felipe de Barajas e para restaurantes. Fica no mesmo quarteirão do Café Havana.
Ficamos num quarto amplo e bem limpo com boa cama de casal e um sofá cama. Possui frigobar, ar condicionado e cofre. O quarto parecia ter sido reformado a poucos dias. No chuveiro somente água fria, mas você perceberá que a água quente não faz falta.
O café da manhã é suficiente. São oferecidos 5 opções e todas acompanham uma entrada de frutas. É diferente de um buffet, mas foi suficiente.
Os funcionários são bem prestativos e nos ajudaram muito.response / report this review -

Clean room and bathroom one bed for two people I will return. Do not choose excursions you will be better off taking a cab to the middle of town and choosing what boat you want to travel to the island's.
