very poor quality hotel for the price. doesn't have hot water and only 2 small lifts for 10 floor building, not the safest area not very clean. but if you get top floor facing the sea view is amazing. outside the hotel you can meet local guy named Julio. very nice person, ready to help you with anything

GOOD: Location is excellent, price is good. BAD: Hotel is in desperate need of repair. Everything is worn-out. Walls are thin, doors don't fit and therefore don't stop the sound you can hear everything that is going on in the hall and in other rooms. Aircon is old and as loud as an airplane.

Verry basic hotel. Beds are bizarre hard, Wi-Fi is bad ( ad least in our room). Services is good on the other hand. Location is fine aswell. If you care for atmosphere I don't advise this hotel. Everything is just made to be as cheap as possible.

Location is very good, about 10 mins walk to the Convention centre. Rooms are okay and neat. Lunch buffet is affordable. Hotel attendants are well trained and very receptive. Overall, the value is good for money paid.

Very comfortable and affordable hotel located at a suitable location which comes with good breakfast and delicious buffet. Awesome security with very nice hotel people to attend to your needs. Even though most of the hotel assistants could not express themselves in English, you will simply appreciate the effort they put in to communicate with you. You simply have to try this hotel if you find yourself in Cartagena.

Very dirty place. If you can go somewhere else, do it. Slow WiFi. Breakfast is awful. The vault in the room is small, you can barely put your passport and phone and it cost 50000 to use it. I really recommend to find an other place, I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my whole life.

First I'll tell the good things. The hotel is very central and close to main attractions and they have quite good buffet breakfast in Colombian standards.
Other than that the rooms are poorly decorated or let's say not decorated at all. Internet doesn't work anywhere and the hotel is not clean enough. The towels are torn, the bed sheets are full of stains and they do not have hot water. The water in the shower is warm though and it's generally enough to take a shower.
So the hotel has some positive sides as well as negative sides so you should be aware when booking.response / report this review -

Good value for money. Close to main attractions
Great value for money. This is not a luxury property but you are getting what you are paying for and even more. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The area is nice and very close to the main attractions of the city.response / report this review
