Not really a place to stay more than one night. Male employees need to be trained on customer service. Price too high for the type of hotel.

Good basic place, friendly and helpful staff. No luxury yet comfortable enough. I like that it is nestled in a residential neighborhood and that there is a shopping center with nice restaurants nearby. Good value. No hair dryer or wash clothes, but I requested a fan and they complied.

Have stayed here several times now, very good hotel. The avangardistic architect was not able to destroy all, though minor inconveniences are all the result of a minimalistic approach. Staff is very friendly. Rooms comfortable and spacy. Use of too much stone and marble makes the place a bit noisy, better is a higher floor not to be woken up by the breakfast room noise. Nicely situated right round the corner of Andino Shopping Mall. I return here, that testifies to the fact that I like the place.
