Excellent service. We had a Club Level room with Lounge access and we thought it worth it for the simple breakfast available until 11am, then lunch, then afternoon tea, then light evening dinner etc etc, plus free wine, beer, soft drinks, etc. Staff were great and very helpful

Very very tidy. The staff and waiters are unbelievably pleasant . This experience reminds me very much of being in far east Asia. People here are welcoming/ warm ; almost to the point of subservience

The hotel is OK but the service is not Ritz standard. When electricity went out, they weren't prepared. No elevators, stairs that led to the back alley, staff was unresponsive They are not there when you need them

I've been to several Ritzes, but the service and the friendliness of the staff here is the top of the top! The food is also very good. The decoration of the rooms is a bit dated, but very cozy nevertheless. However, if wi-fi was included in the rates, that would make the things even better :)

Thank god they are renovating all the roomsit's in desperate need of a modern makeover to compete with the w and other nearby hotels. No complaints though.

Nice hotel with ample conference space. The only drawback would be for a hotel of this stature, the facilities seem a bit dated. But overall a very pleasant experience.
