  I would class this as a 3 star hotel. Does what it needs to and has a few above average features.
  
  The breakfasts are great, buffet style including pastry, cereal, meats and cheeses, eggs, fruit All decent and good to fill up to start the day.
  
  The bed we had was massive and the pillows a mix of soft and firm. Safe in the room, toilet, shower, mini bar, etc are all standard hotel things. They'll book a nice airport cab which is a fixed rate (19k CLP I think) and you pay at the hotel reception.
  
  Location is okay, it felt more like the financial district of down town, and just needs a few blocks to get to the main tourist areas. 15-20 min walk will get you across the main tourist spots of the city.
