Horrible service from the front desk, house keeping, gym, security and restaurant.
Security did not let me in for about 5 minutes until they checked if I had a room.
If you order something during breakfast, you need to remind them what you ordered at least twice.
Blankets were dirty (from the begining) and not changed during my stay.
The bathroom was the worst in the room. The shower did not have doors nor courtains and the sink was clogged.
Front desk agents were arrogant, rude and racist. One of them laughed when I was complaning about the horrible service. They told me not to come back to Chile.
If you forget and item in the room and come back in a couple of weeks, forget about getting it back
Definitely a hotel I will not book again.

This hotel is brilliantly located if you want a central place to see Santiago from. I found the rooms extremely large by any standards. In fact I could probably host 25 people in the room. Whether all rooms are like this I do not know.

Internet access is good, it has a gym and a sauna but the pool which is absolutely tiny was out of commission. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was adequate without being particularly fabulous.

Never had dinner here so not sure of how good it was. I had rented a car while in Santiago and made use of the hotel parking underground. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The Hotel is ok. But the rooms really need a renovation. Good to stay a night or two, but not more

Rooms are nice and big feeling almost like apartments. A vast array of restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Staff does not speak a lot of English so foreign speakers may have some issues.

Small cozy place to stay for business trips. Small indoors pool available. I liked the modern clean feeling. Good but repetitive breakfast. I liked that even thou I had to leave very early one day they had small breakfast and coffee available for the early birds.

Clean rooms was as good as it got and the maids were lovely, first room not up to scratch and mouldy, kids room on another floor, once moved at the other end of the floor, finally next to each other as requested 2 months prior to booking. Restaurant and bar service something I've never seen before, good and bad, no wine for 2 days, menu was always on 1/4 offered at any one time, food on and off as well as service, never enough Staff, had to pay for car park some days where parking was included in the deal, kitchen would not open until 7am until 1 Week of putting our foot down as we had 50 odd of us from all parts of the world complain, dinner was from 7pm which was late for early risers. Gym was tiny and swimming pool the size of a spa.
