Nice rooms and the venue in general. I have the impression that the people at the reataurant are not well trained for a 4-5 star restaurant hotel. Waiters and the hotel's people are very often serious. If you are in the tourism business the key is to smile and pumper your guests and this is not the case here. Maybe is a chilean thing.
