The person at the help desk was not very welcoming bu is fear to say that next person helping us was completely different very cheerful, average service at the restaurant, room size ok, but the air condition was terrible, becase is close to the airport I had to book twice and the second time I had to changed to another room, the lady that came to help said it was nothing wrong but it was Bloody Hot, nest time I travel to Chile I will definitely look for anther place even if I have to pay more.

Not posh but perfect. The reception guy from Miami made our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable. Best bathroom towels we have seen in a hotel in South America. Breakfast starts at 4AM!! Free shuttle to AND from airport. This is the place to stay😁. We arrived 9PM, left at 5AM.

No frills, ok hotel. Provides transfers (no additional cost) from and to the airport, which is nearby. Somewhat dated, but comfortable enough and clean. Therefore this is potentially good choice for those who need a place to crash in before an early flight.

Good location for the airport but other than that it's just a hotel. Nothing special but clean and with a reasonable restaurant.

Ok hotel with shuttle service to the airport. On the negative side, I asked to use the sauna around 9pm and was told it was already closed. When I mentioned that in the room info booklet it said the sauna was open until 11pm, the staff member told me the info was probably outdated and promptly ended the discussion.

Nice and close to the airport, free shuttle. After leaving the plane and just before the baggage claim look out for the TRANSVIP counter on your right to arrange the free shuttle collection to the hotel. Good selection of hot and cold for breakfast from 4 am to 10.30. Outside pool and gym. No tea or coffee facilities in the room just a soft drink mini bar. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. The bathroom had a bath and shower.

It fulfill the purpose, good restaurant. Rooms are well isolated. It takes about 5 -7 minutes to get it from the airport, there's a free shuttle taking off every 5 mins

Works as a good base near airport. About 12,000 peso taxi ride to Plaza des Armes downtown. Free shuttle ride to and from airport.

Nice hotel, really close to the airport. There is free minivan transfer service (VIPtransfer) from SCL if you book a room there. The hotel has 2 bus taking guests to the airport every hour on the hour and on the half hour. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor, where breakfast is included. Nice room with safe, and a large swimming pool on the ground floor.

Had to stay one night at the hotel for the flight the next day. The hotel offers a very typical international standard without anything special to note. Breakfast is not really good But fits to the usual South American Standard. I can not tell anything about additional facilities such as the pool.
