Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt place. Great free breakfast everyday. Food available 24/7 was a nice amenity. Great location near Parque Arauco mall and bicentennial park Av. De Cordova has very nice shopping. Vitacura is a very upscale neighborhood. Most of all, the staff was wonderful. Consuela and Constanza and the rest of the staff were amazing and made our visit much better.

Apologies. The pictures attached to my review are the restaurant next door and I can't seem to remove them.

Very nice lication in one of the best areas of Santiago. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the 13th floor, with a view towards the Andes mountains. There is also a small swimming pool at the same floor, but is indoors. If you travel with kids this is perfect to keep them busy. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast from 8 to 10. They have a large selection of cereals, eggs, pastries, ham and cheese. They also have a nice business center with both Windows and Mac computers.

very nice people. An excellent breakfast. We had an amazing view of the Andes. Their in-house restaurant was surprisingly good and well priced although service wasn't great.

The hotel is great. Comfortable rooms lovely view and great location. It's let down by poor staff. Front desk has to take care of guests the bar and restaurant in the evening.so be prepared for a wait.
