  Horrible malisima la atención en general muy desepcionado! Es una casa antigua que la hicieron hotel. Puede ser para quedarse un día. Pero la atención es pésima. NO LO RECOMIENDO

  Hotel de estilo antiguo, de arquitectura grande. Se conserva bien, justamente la calidad no es lo que lo define. Pero es algo moderado para ir de paso a un precio accesible y bien ubicado dentro de Santiago

  El lugar era horroroso, el personal muy poco amable, todo estaba muy viejo y mal cuidado, la verdad me parecio un hotel de mala muerte, la peor experiencia de ni vida !

  Hotel por precio y ubicación es bueno. No habían toallas y todo esta demacrado.
  
  El desayuno es rico , hay leche , cereales, jugó, pan , mantequilla , manjar y mermelada.

  No wifi it is not working (((No hot water, it is slightly "not cold" WAITED for the towel 2 hours from 12am to 2 am (yes am) and had to go to front desk 4 times. Came to breakfast there was nothing , had to go to front desk and waited long time again. And milk was spoiled ((( My friends had to ask to make their bed 10 times and after 1,5 hours fat black ledy (same on I had problems with) came and had an attitude. Bed was wet and stinky as someone had peed in it. My other friends woke up because of the same ledy walking very loudly at 6 am in the morning. They asked ledy to be more careful but she give them a finger and attitude (((
  Нет горячей воды она просто не холодная или наоборот бьет кипятком . Отнашение ужасное, завтрак вообще нету , вернее есть но если вы его потребуете с пеной у рта и подождете пока обслуга наболтается держа в руках еду, друг с другом (((( вам вынесут испорчено молоко 2 сухаря и сок в 5 раз разбавленный водой. Друзья просили застелить кровать которая была кем то зассанна , мокрая и воняла,10 раз и жирная черная женщина пришла спустя полтора часа и еще им и нахамила. А других людей эта же ..ббб.. разбудила в 6 утра топотом, приечем когда они попросили быть ее потише она их нагло послала средним пальцем о и wifi нема вроде есть но не работает
