The place has really let itself go. Spent a week there and elevators were breaking every day, missing floors, and closing on people as the got in or out. Some in our group were not supplied towels and were told they would have to wait hours to get them. (and there were none by the pool). Mold and must allergies were active I many in our group.

Very rude and grumpy porters at the lobby next to the restaurant last night. If you want a calm evening, should avoid this joint. May be they just don't like English speaking tourists.

Decent hotel. Maybe one of the oldest hotels to receive a 5 🌟 rating I suppose as this is a bit old fashioned hotel I would say. Stay was good, kind staffs. Located in the business centre of the city.

The hotel was ok but it really need an overall renovation. It is not bad located and you have around few options for food. Breakfast it is ok.

Old Fashion Style and old fashion inside. The room carpets are looking dirty, the bath has some corners I will not miss. I would say that everything should renewed. Breakfast and Location are ok. The whole stuff never smiles in the morning or evening. I will stay next time in another hotel

A Classic.
Located in a 'Ritzy' part of Santiago. Extremely good staff. Valet parking. The free breakfast was fresh and tastey

Excellent hotel with helpful staff to get you and your other travelers a great experience in Santiago. They have all of the information on taking tours in town and out of town at the front desk.

The rooms are comfortable, and pleasant. The location of the hotel is in a safe and easy to walk to anywhere neighborhood. There is a ice cream parlor next door to the hotel which makes excellent desserts! There is also a supermarket across the street.

An old fashioned building that serves its purpose of offering a clean bed and a good breakfast. Located in Providencia, its suggested for business travelers who are going to spend a couple of days only and wish to be near the office.
Don't expect much more.
