Unhygienic hostel.
The bathrooms aren't cleaned, the sheets aren't changed and has bed-bugs.
They don't bother cleaning common area or patio for days.
Stay here if you don't care about hygiene and only interested in partying/hanging out at hostel in Santiago.response / report this review -

Great hostel, rooms to suit all budgets, deluxe has usb chargers and reading lights in beds plus really cool bespoke bed design. Netflix room, pool table and social area all make it great. Stayed many times will stay again

Nice hostel and good staff. We were put in a room at the very back of the hostel whereby we had to walk over the roof to get there. The room turned out to be a sauna and miles hotter than the corridor outside it. We had to ask for a fan but that barely helped. The shower was broken in our part of the hostel so we had to walk back over the roof to go to another one. We had reception to clean the toilet as the bin was overflowing. Wi-Fi was terrible in our room. Breakfast was practically gone one morning I came down even though there was 40 minutes before finishing up. Only good thing was the location of the hostel being so close to Bella Vista.

A labyrinth of colourful rooms, squeaky floors and friendly staff. If you're keen to meet a lot of people and drink most nights then this place has it all!

In short, perf for staying in Santiago. The beds in our dorm were like the biggest I've ever seen,SO MUCH SLEEPING SPACE. The atmosphere is really nice, open and friendly people. We will be in Santiago again next week and are definitely staying here. Cheers!

Party hostel in the heart of Bellavista. Huge place, nice vibe and extras, great location, somehow limited breakfast. Unfortunately no big supermarkets nearby.

Big rooms, good location, around 8 minutes walking to the first subway station. The staff speaks English.

Staff great, lots of common space, but it was so spread out (back patio, kitchen, front room, back patio), right in the middle of Barrio Bellavista so lots of bars and restaurants to go to in the area, you can also bring alcohol into the hostel!
**Cons: So many bathroom showers/toilets/handles were broken, new chatty girl was so incredibly nice but took almost too long to help next guests, breakfast was limitedresponse / report this review
