Went here for a friend's wedding and was very impressed with what I saw of the hotel. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The two event venues are huge as there were two large weddings occurring at the same time.

I loved it! We were there for five nights in early November. It felt like a resort. The room was very nice, large, clean, with a large window overlooking green gardens and a pool. The bed was very firm and comfortable, and the sheets probably the softest I have ever slept on!
There is a large, comfortable lounge; breakfast was very good, and good dinners also. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

O que deixou a desejar é o fato do hotel fazer eventos todos os dias, daí toda noite era festa e som alto debaixo da janela. Não sei se é coisa do Chile, mas o atendimento era bem fraco. Sabe aquela máxima "o cliente tem sempre razão"? Lá não é bem assim.

It is a very nice place to stay. It has a beautiful courtyard and the building looks somewhat like a castle. The service was okay. The outlets have a horizontal three prong plug, so make sure you bring an adapter if you need one. The breakfast is good. Eggs, sausage, ham, and cereal are some of the choices. Las Condes is a very nice part of town. It is very safe. I would stay here again!
