Marriott Hotel is absolutely well organized, clean, beautiful and well located too. The employees speak suficient english to easy the communication and they are always trying to help. The accomodations are very good but the price for such is high. If you are not sure where to stay in Santiago, go to Marriott. Recommended.

Nice hotel in an upscale neighbourhood. Rooms are large and well kept, but feels a little tired and probably not renovated for the last 15 years. Lots of security staff in lobby can be a little creepy. The lounge is nice with beautiful views and great staff. Pool area is relaxing but in the shade early in the afternoon.

Very nice hotel in a nice area of Santiago. Staff are always friendly pleasant and helpful. Right next to a mall and great restaurants around the area. Gym and pool are excellent!

Very nice hotel. Great location close to a lovely park. About 15 minutes from downtown by car. The staff is extremely friendly and capable. Great restaurants on premises. Loved the grill/steakhouse. Highly recommended

Marriott Santiago has one of the best Hotel Lounges. It is quite noisy compared to Sheraton Santiago, but the variety of food makes up for it! It is unfortunate that the hotel doesn't have an indoor heated pool to be able do laps. However, the gym equipment and space was really good. Location is pretty good since it 's just right beside the park & the mall (Parque Arauco).

Hotel hospitality is great. I had a room on the 17th floor & the views we're amazing. The beds we're not as comfortable as I expecting for a Marriott, a bit more stiff than the Marriott's I have stayed at in the US. But I would still definitely stay there again.

Very good location, especially if you're wanting to explore more than just the city.
Complementary hot chocolate on arrival and a great,healthy breakfast selection if you chose to have breakfast there.
Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
Tip: pay all hotel bills in USD to avoid tax

Upscale and modern hotel with several restaurant choices and close to many of the city parks. The airport is a long way from the city anyway, so good choice for international travelers.

Very pleasant staff. Great breakfast with wonder fresh juices and omlette station. Great view of the Andes mountains from the room. Located next door to a grocery store and shopping mall. Good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel it self is lovely. Good location. But the pool is awful. Max 2-3 hours of sun as so many trees around. If your like me and you like to sunbathe you wouldn't be able to here

Incredible staff. Rooms are standard Marriott fare. The views from rooms on higher floors are stunning. My bed was comfortable, but not as soft as most Marriott mattresses.

We did not stay there but went for a fantastic dining experience. At the grill, we had the tasting menu which paired all dishes with wines. The beef was a bit over-cooked but we were offered a new plate after speaking to the waiter..

Executive club with incredible service. Great breakfast buffet. Love returning here. Also love going to the park behind the hotel for a run. Mall and a grocery store are very close walking distance.

Also recommend the food at the bar.

The subway station is about a mile walk.
