Very good business hotel. Well connected to train and airport, easy to access and understand, professional staff, clean rooms. A very enjoyable experience.

Good location, but one can get a better price/value ratio in other nearby hotels. Specifically, the interior of my room could have used some renewing, or at least the small, obviously through long term usage broken items, could have been fixed/replaced. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable.

Decent hotel for a business meeting - clean rooms, nice lobby and meeting rooms, spacious. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here for personal travel. It's a bit far from the city center and is not homely. The gym is also very small and pretty much not worth using which is a big downside.

I went to use the sauna and the person explaining the facilities did not once bother until I had entered a room before blurting out the briefest instructions which were impossible to follow. The shutters were raised and lowered 3 or 4 times every minute whilst trying to relax in the sauna, making it alternately bright and sunny and then dim and dark. Hard to relax with constant light changes. Not sure what they were doing but it was incredibly irritating. I took my own water bottle for convenience and was literally harassed to drink water by the weird staff member there. As someone who saunas almost every day I found the behaviour of the staff strange and unprofessional. I wonder if the person in charge of the sauna had mental health issues. It's hard to relax after 26 hours on flights when a nutter is harassing you.

Superb location. Train and tram etc takes you everywhere fast and easy. High upper floors provides great night and day views of the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Swissotel Zurich. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The WiFi costs extra money, however it is fast and speedy - we were lucky that the man at the reception desk gave us the code for free. Breakfast is also very expensive, however there is a Starbucks joined to the hotel, which is a cheaper option for a morning meal. Towels are provided and the cleaning staff did a good job. Extras such as soap and bottled water are provided as well. There is a great view from the higher floors, and an even better one from the pool. There are no changing rooms up at the pool, just one toilet and a communal locker area, which made it inconvenient, however there are sun loungers for people who don't want to swim there. The TVs in the rooms have a wide selection of channels, including BBC and CNN, along with Swiss channels. The beds are comfortable and there is air-con in the rooms for hot summer days. An expensive hotel, but worth the price.

Enjoyed this hotel stay. Suites are very large with plenty of space. Rooftop pool is great if a little small but the gym is weirdly located, and poorly equipped. Great views from higher up rooms. Bar here is excellently stocked, comfortable, with some great staff.

Quick and efficient check in and check out is facilitated by the staff. The restaurant serves good food. The rooms are neat, well lit and has all the required facilities. Here it would have been better had they been a little bigger with bigger bathrooms allowing space for an enclosed shower area. And the hotel should consider providing at least 1 bottle of drinking water in the rooms daily as complementary.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was literally across from the trains, including the ones for downtown and the airport. It is across the street from a mall as well. The facility was modern and nicely decorated.
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
The only reason I knocked a star off (and this could be a culture thing) is that the A/C was not cold at all. It was so hot, we couldn't sleep. The staff gave us a fan to use, but still was quite warm in the room.response / report this review -

Came here second time now, I travel to Zurich for business reasons, and this hotel is excellent. If you stay in Zurich you will pay the same but won't have the same quality, or parking underneath the hotel. The Bahnhof is right outside and 5 mins to Zurich HBB. Around the area are a massive selection of shops and eateries. And less tourists, which is great! So don't stay in Zurich centre, stay here and have a much nicer experience. As I mentioned previously if driving you have one shot at getting into the parking lot, which is under the hotel, miss it, like I did first time around, and its another drive around the one way system!

Incredible customer service and beautiful rooms and spa. They really make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. The reception, butler, and spa people all treat the guest very well. The spa is in the top floor, where the pool and jacuzzi have beautiful views to Oerlikon. The rooms in the lower floors have been remodeled and even though they don't have a high up view, they are quite modern with some having a tub. All rooms have a view, and their premium rooms have coffee and tea for free. The only downside is that if you are not a Swissôtel member they charge you 7chf for wifi.

To me, it's the best choise what I stay in Zurich. It's close to everywhere, with fitness, 360 view pool, and sauna. You can find a lot of fine restaurant of you can eat at Lu Muh. The staff is always very friendly, and you will enjoy fantastic breakfast. Well, the price could be lower, but you are in Zurich.

Very nice spa and a cozy bed. All you need a different an excellent breakfast. Not close to the center but very convenient transportation.
