Wonderful stay! I've been at the Airport Hotel many times and the excellent staff always made me feel like at home, the restaurant is super and the location very convenient. Free shuttle bus to/from the airport and usually you even get a welcome drink. Recommended

Nice Customer Service. All requirements of a passing guest was will thought of and addressed reducing the need for traveler to rummage through his luggage during an overnight stay.

Lovely little hotel - small but perfectly formed :-)
Convenient location, a good breakfast, and when I arrived, rather than being given a voucher for the bar, the receptionist fetched me my free beer, in a glass, and sent me off up to my room with it in hand.
Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped (Nespresso machine and coffee pods was a welcome change from the usual instant coffee), and I'd be very happy to use this hotel again next time I'm visiting Zurich.response / report this review -
