Great place to stay. The host and staff do the best to make your holiday perfect :). Clean and comfortable room. Tasty breakfast (coffee whatever you like will be prepared for you). wellness. perfect.

We originally booked another hotel "Pension St. Jakob" and were "upgraded at no extra charge" to this hotel, although the room was very clean and modern we were looking for something like the pictures from the other hotel where the rooms were much larger. Four of us (2 adults 2 teenagers) were in a room for 2-3 with an additional camp bed. Neither the bedroom or balcony door could fully open. We had to leave the suitcases on the balcony as there was no room to move.
There is tea and a kettle in the room but no milk, after we arrived I asked reception if I could have some milk and the lady had a rant that milk isn't included and I should buy the milk and said I'll be asking for salt and pepper next, it was very strange and unwelcoming. After the rant she gave me a small jug of milk, the next day at breakfast we were given UHT milk in small cartons for tea, unexplainable. Engelberg is very pretty and the hiking is great but I wouldn't recommend this hotel and would warn anybody that hasn't been here before that the prices for everything are shockingly high.response / report this review -

Nice little hotel close to to train station. We were three people staying in one of the smallest rooms and that was a little bit cramped since there are almost no place to have your luggage. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Good hotel for a budget. Just the right things u need. Good clean beds and baths, Toiletries tea good breakfast location. Definitely recommend this if you are on budget

Full kitchen appliances, coffee and tea is complimentary, big balcony great view and great location. Bus outside the door to take you to the slopes and there is a separate heated room for the boots and skies.

We had a very good stay at Hotel Belmont. It was no problem arriving late, we felt very welcome, the breakfast was the best ever. To the Titlis skiing station it is a 10 mins walk, the ski bus is very convenient (2x hour). After the last day of skiing we were still able to have our car parked and to take a shower. The only downside was the small bathroom.

If your looking for quiet, and having amazing scenery, this is right for you. It was peaceful and was not crowded at all(from my experience). That's all I need to say.
