Good hotel with a perfect location on the Limmat River and close to most attraction points in Zurich. It's been renewed lately so most facilities are brand new. People are friendly and helpful. Nice place

Without doubt, this is a fine hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff polite and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent. The location is good too. The only bad thing to say is that both mornings I stayed I was awoken at about 5:30 by local services outside, even though I was on the 4th floor

Fantastic hotel, amazing service and brilliant attention to detail. Sadly only stayed for one night. But when I'm back in Zurich this is the only place I want to stay. (Don't miss the breakfast)

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around

Had soup and coffee while waiting for the tour boat to arrive at the pier just in front of the hotel. Attentive and polite staff, perfect soup, luxurious atmosphere, amazing view of the river and the rathaus. Couldn't ask for a better place to stop for coffee.

I went to a wedding here a few years back, superb night, good food. More recently we like to sit outside (summer time only!) and make good use of the Ice cream bar located conveniently in the platz out the front.

I went for dinner. First bite smoked duck with cole slaw. Really yummy! Dinner was pike-perch fillet in a truffle creme sauce. I ate it with a glass of French Chablis wine. Great service and very nice ease with English.
