The hotel is quite nice, very clean and tidy. Right across from the Zurich SBB and walking distance to most of Zurich! Restaurant is excellent, great food and great mood~ live jazz all night long! The only concern is no AC in room (or AC not working) and hard to sleep in the beginning but works out fine in the middle of the night…(couldn't open window during sleep because the train station is right across from room)

The room was really great and comfortable. The hotel is easy accessibile and at a good spot. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and the waitress was really nice and helpful.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Tram and Rail station is easily accessible. Decent restaurant downstairs. We got upgraded to a suit during our stay and felt awesome.

The drinks were good, the service was good. They answered any questions well. The dessert was nice. The guy playing the piano was off key every now and again but not too bad.

Nice and conveniant hotel next to the train station. We had the suite with a amazing view (5 stars for the room and service). Nothing really special though.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Location is great. Walking distance to main train station. Lots of food choices nearby.
