The service was great. The restaurant looks more like a cafe but it's nice. The conference room is a bit dated and the carpet might need a bit of an update. The courtyard/garden is amazing and the fountain is a lovely feature!

A fabulous hotel which I will definitely be staying at again!! All the staff were excellent, the room was great, the breakfast fresh, and the location exceptional. A perfect hotel for anyone visiting Zurich.

Excellent location and wonderful stay for a family. Location enabled to do a lot on foot, and easily accessible to the train station and other public transportation. Great breakfast, very well designed rooms - comfortable and quiet as well.

Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Zurich.

Lovely hotel in city centre. Traditional building but modern interior. Room I had was spacious well furnished comfortable bed, TV, coffee making machine, digital safe, mini bar. Bathroom with bath/shower. Very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast, very good service from all staff. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location 10 minutes walk from main station and then into old town and lakeside.

Very clean and lovely hotel. Friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast, little chocolates in the room, excellent insulation and cannot hear other guests. Contemporary yet warm atmosphere.

The kids really loved it and I had excellent steak tartare in the restaurant! The breakfast was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent service and food value for the price. The best of Switzerland for we poor Aussies!

Clean rooms. The beds are a bit small(compared to US hotels) but definitely not uncomfortable. The bathroom is large, and features both a shower and a bath tub. The complimentary buffet breakfast is pretty good.. many delicious options:)

The Glockenhof ZÜRICH Hotel is my "Home Sweet Home" for many years now. It's my only and definite choice whenever I am in ZÜRICH.
Be it it's so centrally, yet quite, and good and nice neighborhood location, it's 2 restaurants and the bar, it's so beautiful designed, cosy and well equipped rooms, and most of all - the friendly, so polite, considering and best service of all and every one of the staff.
In summer times, the inner court garden restaurant is the heaven of relaxation and enjoyment.
One can not wish for more !

Good. Surprising quiet. Great location. Restaurants offer a fine selection of foods and wines. Bedroom comfortable. Possible to view shower room from bed. Awkward electric blinds in bathroom.

We had a great time. Hotel's location is the best - central of Zurich. Walking distance to good restaurants, shopping and central station. Staff was very helpful, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast! Will be glad to re-visit.

I've been traveling for decades and the boutique nature, friendly and professional service are next to none. Nothing is too difficult for them, a Chinese meal take out to the hotel, PDFs report printing, faxing, collating, meeting room, great breakfast and pristine outside courtyard ambiance that reflect the simplicity and beauty of the menus and such traditional tastes. It's all wonderful. Technology in each room, plenty of juiced up plug power. Elegant design, clean, modern, it's all good. Centrally located, 8 minutes from the station, next to the department store precinct, short stroll to the old city. Directions given with ease, maps supplied. Calm friendly non intrusive personal service. The word superlative is insufficient to describe the true worth of this hotel, it's staff, bottom to top, and it's management.
