Great hotel, close the city center and the old town, clean and friendly staff, 4 starts because the room facing the street can be noisy ( the hotel can’t control that)

Decent hotel in downtown Zurich, lots of things to do and see by foot. The room was clean and small but had a few issues: the complementary gummy bears were already eaten and the wrapper was the only thing left, the M&M's in the mini bar were open and half eaten, the room AC didn't work, and the room WiFi expired in the middle of the night. I had to go to the front desk to get a new code when I woke up. Staff was friendly, but I was only staying a night so I didn't bother bringing up any of the above issues. Probably would go elsewhere if I were to visit Zurich again.

Very nice hotel at a great location. Close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast buffet is a nice touch.

Location is great, right bear restaurants and the main train line. It is also walking distance to the University of Zurich. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I was on a business trip
