  Beautiful hotel but most importantly deserving of a perfect rating is the staff. One night we had a terrible mistake with our previous lodging and had no hope at 8pm. The staff at Hotel Walliserhof (specifically Martina) went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. Our gratitude could never be repaid. Must stay location in Zermatt!

  Had dinner here, great atmosphere and good food. Decent prices and plenty of choice. Might be a bit too warm inside though.

  The balcony is great for night time reading and morning coffee. Very good location. Friendly staff and breakfast that is above and beyond. Super comfy beds.

  맛있는 조식과 너무 좋은 위치입니다. 캐리어끌고 충분히 걸어갈수 있는 거리에, 조금만 걸으면 수네가 고르너그라트를 갈수 있는 역이 있습니다. 룸 컨디션은 최근에 리뉴얼 한 듯 깨끗하고 고풍스럽습니다. 호텔에는 스파와 운동 시설이 있고, 다른 유럽의 오성급 호텔만한 서비스를 제공해주었어요. 이만한 가격에 이만한 호텔을 찾기 어려울거같아요.

  A very good hotel of nice standard. Great location, near the station.
  
  We liked the breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had no problems changing the reservation. Thank you for your flexibility! Great, free Wifi reception. A "drawback" was the bathroom had no window and there is only a multipurpose body soap / shampoo available. Overall definitely recommended.
