Really excellent hotel among spectacular scenery. Get a room with a view of the Matterhornyou won't regret it. There are lots of great places to eat within a short walk and the hotel itself has a good breakfast buffet. Tip: Go in early Oktober just before they close for the Autumn break. You'll save money.

From the moment we were met at the station and transported to the hotel to the moment we left, we felt welcomed, valued and very well looked after. After checking in, a member of the desk team showed us around the hotel and then took us up to our room where our cases were waiting for us. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also immaculate. Attention to detail was amazing and on the day we left, our cases were looked after while we spent time in the village and then delivered to us at the station. Amazing service. Thank you to every one at the hotel, we had a fantastic week.

Very beautiful hotel. It is up in the hill. So every room has view of matterhorn. The service is excellent. The reception is a beautiful girl. She guided you around and led you to the room when checking in. At night, a service lady knocked the doors of your room to provide you information of the next few days.

Great hotel, great location loved the panaorama rooms. Though not large, nice plus balcony with great view. Room 108 has big patio/balcony with chaise lounge and is right over the hotel sign ( no issue with that). But the adjoining room patio/balconies re easily accessible for each other. Room 308 has small balcony with small round table and 2 small chairs , perfectly adequate, and the balcony is more private. Reception staff is excellent and mailed back stuff we left in the locked safe. Very nice wellness center with sauna and pools and spa services.

Beautiful hotel. Faultless service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great dining experience. Bedrooms were a good size and beds comfortable. We were fortunate enough to have a balcony overlooking the township with the Matterhorn in the background. Watching sunrise on the Matterhorn was a treat.

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great room, great food, drink and service. Lovely swimming pool. Brilliant location and the best view from a room that you could imagine.

Free wifi worked really well. No air-conditioning but we were able to keep room cool by closing curtains when out.

We loved staying at the Parkhotel Beau Site in Zermatt! This was a lovely spot, beautiful hotel with top service, and the Spa was a real treat which we enjoyed daily after skiing. We appreciated the fancy coffee maker in our room and used it just about every day, despite the fact that good cappucino / coffee was readily available elsewhere in the hotel. In addition to the complementary breakfast, the hotel offers coffee / tea / snack set up from 3 - 5 pm. And there is a cigar smoking lounge. We found the individual ski lockers on the lower level to be a very helpful touch as well. We will be coming back!

The Parkhotel Beau Site was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed.

I arrived extremely exhausted after a long journey and a few mishaps and within minutes my problems were ironed out and I was restored by tea and cake on the terrace.

The hotel was extremely well-run; all the staff, without exception, were courteous and efficient; the food and service was five star and the amenities first class.

I thoroughly recommend Parkhotel Beau Site.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay in this fantastic hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and obliging. We had three great dinners, which were all delicious. The breakfasts are outstanding and much appreciated. The luggage collection to and from the station was extremely efficient.
Overall, absolutely no complaints. We had a brilliant stay and woke up to sunshine every day, with a morning view of the Matterhorn. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
