Extremely happy with this hotel. I've been a member with intercontinental ambassador and while over the years I've seen many properties decay, especially state side, this property is truly living upto the standards which the intercontinental hotels were founded on! Amazing beds, amazing food, extremely helpful & friendly staff, i could go on and on.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating in Geneva. The hotel was within a healthy walking distance from town. Highly recommended this hotel.

Super nice hotel. They give you two complementary bus tickets good for a week. The view is incredible. Can see Mont Blanc I believe. Also, the room is spacious, and clean. I was not a fan of how small the bathroom was though, and the shower and bath seemed kind of old and dated. Needless to say, it was expensive for sure.

Nice. Location not so great. Gave a bus pass, so easy to get around. Room was nice. Not so happy with the bathrooms though.

Rooms and hallways have been updated to follow modern decor. Smart TVs in the room and great sunlight from the large room windows. Excellent staff - what you'd expect from an InterContinental. Very classy lobby, which showcases the political elite who have previously stayed as visitors. Easily accessible by bus and downtown Geneva with the #5 bus right outside the property. Coop supermarket right next door as well for all your extra needs. However, I deducted a star because the quality of the dishes leaves quite a bit to be desired, especially given the InterContinental branding and menu pricing.

    Wonderful lobby and stylish decoration.

The rooms were very small. For close to 400 euros a night I thought the amount of space was pretty lousy value for money. They'd crammed too much into the room and it made it feel tiny.

I know it's a supposed 5 star hotel, but the food and drink prices here are eye-watering, even by Swiss standards. It's worth getting acquainted with the local supermarkets if you fancy a snack or glass of wine!

Location great for the UN and service excellent as is the lobby. Rooms pretty plain vanilla and in need of an upgrade. Reakfast was way overpriced.
