The room when we arrived in the afternoon was full of mosquitoes. We were told we could not change room. We were given an electric device which was helpless and the receptionist brought a vacuum cleaner and we helped clean the room. It was better but still at night there were some. To be honest, this should not happen for the price per night they charge. At an hotel chain we would probably get the night for free or offered something for the inconvenience

The hotel is modern clean and quiet. The breakfast has a great variety.
The only negative is really poor WiFi. I was on the 2nd floor and was rarely able to stay connected.

Ideally placed on the promenade in Nyon, our room has beautiful views on the lake. the entrance of the hotel is on one of the pedestrian shopping streets.
the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as one of our children had a nasty reaction to a mosquito bite necessitating medical treatment. The adjoining Grand Café has a good menu with freshly prepared pasta dishes for the children. The lobster pasta dish is highly recommended!
