Good stay experience. hotel is clean and very close to bahnof. Breakfast was also good.
Hospitality shud improve a lot for the cost charged.

The Hotel Continental-Park has a great location (short walk from the main station). The room was very clean and spacious and the reception staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Very nice hotel close to train station. Both room and bathroom are big. Like the check out time at 1200 unlike others usually at 1000. My room is not facing the church hence I do not hear the loud chimes. Breakfast is good and the coffee is the best I have so far.

Impressed that there's a bathtub in the room. Friendly staff, quick check in. Elevators present, which is a great help compared to other places that you have to lug stuff up a staircase. Comes with free ticket to buses around town. Convenient store just nearby. Restaurant downstairs serves excellent Italian food.

Wonderful, kind staff. Located right next to trains and buses making it exceptionally easy to get around Switzerland. Great food and drinks at the attached restaurant and very near to the harbor and shopping area.

Very nice hotel close to everything. The rooms were very well designed and great with the coloured lights. The staff was very helpful and helped with all we needed. Highly recommendable.

Great balcony room, very clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of delicious breakfast choices and coffee and teas. HIGHLY recommended.

When we got to the hotel the staff kindly told us there was an issue with the room. After five minutes they decided to upgrade us and the room was fairly new with beautiful amenities including rainfall shower head. It's literally right next to the train station but in Lucerne that's a really nice area. Highly recommended!

Very Good.
Hotel is centrally located just across the street of Lucerne main Train station.
Property was recently renovated and has a modern touch.
Rooms are properly equipped and staff is helpful.
You will find Swiss-Italian restaurant downstairs, which is quite good with gluten free options.
Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, with basic selection.
You will find few fast food places nearby.
5 minutes walk to the old city and main attractions.

Was here at a dinner party with three course dinner. The starter and dessert was ok. The main course was a piece of well done steak that was totally destroyed.
The service was also poor. The main course was served, and the wine came only after I had asked for it twice. So the entire dinner was food without wine, and wine without food.
The whole dinner with food and service seemed very amateurish.
