Double room (with private bathroom) was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they even gave us a bus pass. Breakfast was very good. We loved Lucerne in general and would come back again!

Absolutely fantastic, can not recommend this place enough. Evelyn and Isabella were amazing hosts and had great suggestions for local hikes and restaurants. The breakfast was great and the beds were super comfortable. Located a little south of downtown Luzern, about a 20 min walk, but there is a bus stop a few minutes away that is very straightforward. If you are visiting luzern you should absolutely stay here.

We stayed here for just one night while on our honeymoon tour of Europe. We had the attic room with private bathroom and it was lovely. Very relaxing room decorated very simply. It was a little warm and the air-conditioning could do with being updated, but that was only a minor point. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. A free bus pass was offered, although we made the short (15 minute) walk into town. We would recommend this place and would certainly stay again if we went back to Lucerne.

Staff incredibly friendly. Evelyn and Francesca the best. Price, location, roominess, cleanliness is unbeatable. Oh, breakfast and hot coffee will definetly bring me back one day.

The staff are nice and friendly. Decent breakfast.

The rooms are stark in what they offer. Clean and neat.
Floors are creaky and beds a bit uncomfortable.

Definitely can be improved.

Location is great. Close to transportation, Can walk to Station in 15-20 mins.

Staying here for the 2nd night. Had a very comfortable and clean room, made for a wonderful night's sleep.The staff are very personable and ready to help if asked for information. The breakfast was very nice. I'd be disappointed if we couldn't stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are no problem at all. Everything was spotlessly clean. The only disadvantage are the rather creaky floorboards if you are trying to tiptoe in late and be quiet. We can not praise the helpful staff enough; nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts are delicious, cereal, boiled eggs, cheese and ham, jams, fresh coffee, juice and warm fresh loaves of bread served either in the room with the big chandelier or even outside if the weather was hot. Take your own teabags if you must have English tea.
It is a pleasant 20 minute stroll into Lucerne town centre or a short trip on the bus . We would most definitely recommend this for bed and breakfast and look forward very much to going again.
