I have stayed in this hotel many times during my business visits. Place is very good and has a river near by. Very convenient in terms of local transportation as it is located bang opposite to the train station and bus stop. Only let down I feel is the break-fast they serve, not upto mark for me.

Great location (right across from train station and short walk to nice views) front lobby very helpful with answering questions and directions. A/c in rooms. Free espresso machine (non coffee options as well).

I have stayed here on probably 5 or 6 trips to Zurich for work. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is convenient to the many fantastic restaurants Rapperswil has to offer as well as the train up to Zurich.

It was overall a very nice stay. Rapperswil is such a beautiful quaint little Swiss town. I stayed in two different rooms during two separate legs of my visit to Switzerland. I was happy with the comfort of the room. The shower was very nice. And I slept rather well in the beds. It's a great location and very close to the train station which made commuting to work in the morning very easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
