Excellent staff and location! 2 minutes walk from the Bern main train station, near many restaurants, and shopping places. Highly recommended for those who love convenience and nice hotel rooms!

Hotel Savoy is hotel where is a wish to come back. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is always kind and supportive. Breakfast buffet with wide assortment. Also location is very good- close to train station and in the city center.If something to imporove, than maybe to change balnkets- for winter and summer.In summer it was too hot. But I am very satisfied with comfort what I can get and definitely I can recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent hotel. Super well located in the center of Bern. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great bed, great shower. You also get a card that allows you to get all public transportation for free. We really enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer.

This hotel is so near the Bern train station, so it is extremely convenient as train travel was part of my itinerary. I was able to walk to the historic area, shopping and restaurants.
Room is stylish, well-lit, roomy and comfortable. I believe we were given a room upgrade and it is much appreciated. Bathroom just the right size and shower stall roomy.
The staff were welcoming and friendly; in fact, I arrived early in the morning ~9 and they said they would clean up a room and it would be ready in half an hour or so I really appreciated this.

Great hotel! Rooms holds a good standard. Location is awesome. Price for breakfast is OK - however it is not cheap, but fair in regards to similar alternatives.

Just a stroll away from Bern SBB. Very convenient and clean room. Nescafe espresso available in the room.

Nice & simple hotel. Homely feel, again breakfast is limited. We stayed for 6 nights in Savoy. Location is excellent right in front of railway & tram station. Very friendly staff. Avoid including breakfast.

Lovely hotel close to the train station. Everything in this hotel was new and clean with a wonderful bathroom. Staff were very polite and helpful and provide free travel pass for getting around the city.

Newly renovated. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good selection for breakfast. A choice of firm and soft pillows. Lovely "rain" type showers and good selection of USB as well as Swiss, European and UK power outlets. Room decor is very relaxing.
