extremely unfriendly, we really needed a place to stay for a night and get some food. she said yes she has a room and we asked about food, she said the kitchen is closed and absolutely nothing available, i asked if some sandwich or bread or anything, snacks, we can buy, or anywhere we can get food, she's like "keine ahnung (no idea)", i asked once again about sandwiches. she finally said yes we can get sandwiches from the hotel, i said we'll be there in 30mins and she said it's not possible anymore. good luck with this 5stars rude hotel if you're staying or going.

Zum zweiten mal schon da. Essen immer gut & schnell. Gute Tagesmenüs. WC müsste man mal renovieren darum nur 4*

Bien situé au dessus de la ville. Bon point de départ pour les ballades à moto. Garage à disposition pour les deux roues. Personnel sympathique. Bonne cuisine. Seul désagrément l'autoroute du Brenner de l'autre côté de la vallée.

Convenient location for motorcycling the passes in the area, geared to the MC crowd. Rooms were clean, but not fancy, we had 3rd floor loft rooms, which were neat. Food was good. Staff friendly. Some of the public areas, halls stairs etc, need to be renewed. Price was reasonable.
