Decent place to stay . Not at all luxurious . It's not meant for people who like their stay to be extravagant. They provide very basic breakfast spread which does not include eggs. WiFi is only available in the lobby.

We had a room that was recently renewed. First impression was great but then you see that the sheets are not new and don't look clean. The shower looked great but no room to put anything. Just like in the whole room. There is a desk but there was a TV on it. Placing your stuff there it will be in front of the screen. We did use it as TV reception was terrible.
Breakfast was a different experience by the day as different personal prepared things.
No wifi in the room and no airco. Payed parking is under the hotel.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room looked somehwat old but was clean. Breakfast very basic but still offers plenty of choice. Wifi was not reliable during our stay, we've been told that they are working on a solution to better the signal. No wifi in the rooms. Great location, shopping possibilities and main station right across the street.

this hotel does not offer basic aminities for the amount of money you pay. I could not get extra pillow or fan. there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom, no wifi. no free coffee in the lounge.

Il faut téléphoner pour qu une employée vienne nous recevoir et donner les clés
Aucune information pour nous dire comment entrer le soir si non demandé

Pas de petit déjeuner malgré son nom mais finalement un car de chinois en a eu un mais pas nous ! 😠
Pas d internet dans les chambres. Uniquement à la réception
Employée toujours absentes et incompetentes

Was nice stay in the city

but in the hotel was many things nit good wifi only at disk room dont rich our room at 3rd floor so if you need wifi go down haha
Other thing we boog with breakfast and she said sorry no breakfast in november then in the morning groups come and they give brrakfast for all she lie to us
And from.the room you can call the dick always busy
After 9 the out door closed and they never told us how to go in after that we have to ask

i whent on a skiing trip with school to this hotel

i am a vegetarian and i wont eat meat ! at night for tea i was supposed to get a V meal but instead i got what everyone else got without the meat ! i think this hotel is appauling also because i had ants in my room and i think it is not acceptable !

there was some children who broke the lift and because we where the biggest party staying there the manager blamed it on us i dont beleive this is fair do you ?
