I spend an evening on the lac view bar hotel, for a drink. nice view and nice place. good to spend time with friend

Sorry but this is a overrated Hotel. Overpriced and besides location there is nothing Top class about it.
The house keeping was erratic. Staff rather officious and must learn to look happier and smile more often. Accounts people rather cold and unwilling to listen to client problems.
Shopping variety extremely limited to Jewelry mainly. Lobby a bit Cold in appearance while the gallery's to the room need better decor and a swankier appearance
For a sophisticated city like Geneva would expect really Excellent service and classy, decors. The advertisement said room overlooks Patio But all we saw was the ugly roof of the swimming pool.response / report this review -

The Kempinski is a treasure in this beautiful city of Geneva. The rich decor of the rooms make it that much more comfortable and relaxing after a full day of exploring this wonderful city. The staff is friendly and helpful as you would expect at a Kempinski Hotel. I look forward to my return.

Great location, restaurants in the building are among the best in Geneva. It is also great to have a Gym, hammam, sauna under one roof. There is an open air swimming pool with a bar as well. Rooms, however, are not impressive - I'd say they are rather 4 star, not 5.

Been at the chinese restaurant here, one of the best in Geneva ! The atmosphere was exquisite, the staff was awesome and very pro. The food was simply perfect. We were a big table and had a massive pecking duck. Amazing !

The hotel is exquisite. The decor is beautiful, completely clean, and in an amazing location directly across from the lake. My only complaint is that there is no coffee pot in the room, but I believe they have kettles upon request. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It's a fabulous hotel. The hotel is exquisite. The decor is beautiful, completely clean, and in an amazing location directly across from the lake. My only complaint is that there is no coffee pot in the room, but I believe they have kettles upon request. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It's a fabulous hotel. Five stars for sure!

We came here to try the hot chocolate which comes with many small extras. It was good. As for the atmosphere, I would say that the hotel is nice, it just seems a little bit old compared to other 5star hotels. The service was quite slow since the waiters didn't pay much attention to our group.
