I have stayed at many hotels, some with names like Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental. The Monte Rosa is right up there with those names, and in many aspects, exceeds them. It is an exceptional hotel and a highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Monte Rosa. It's location is very central and convenient. The hotel rooms and beautifully furnished and have a cosy feel. Guests have access to the very well equipped spa of the associated Mont Cervin Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only have positive things to say about this lovely historical hotel!

We loved our week at Monte Rosa, we were so impressed by the staff especially on reception who could not been more attentive and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the service by housekeeping was exceptional - we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone!
We were also very impressed by the dine around programme - we ate wonderfully and not having to worry about taking money to pay each evening made life even easier.
