Excellent food. Myself and my uncle tried (on two visits) the club sandwich, the seabass and a tarte flambee. All were delightful and for a high end restaurant they were reasonably priced. I recommend the staff too who were attentive and polite.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. They even had a pillow menu. Get a room with the Matterhorn view.

5 stars for the spa services. I had about three different services completed there. The esthetician was excellent - clearly experienced in different treatment processes. When you've visited multiple spas over the span of several years, your expectations get more refined, and the services at the Grand Hotel did not disappoint. A very relaxing experience I'd recommend to others. I had to make reservations in advance, and the hours are not necessarily as stated on the website, FYI.

I've spent one night in suite, it was huge and very nice. I recommend warmly going to spa after skiing. Friendly people and very well located hotel for skiing.

The Zermatterhof is truly a grand hotel that offers elegance and refinement that is so rare today. The hotel is stately and immaculate. The service by the staff was world class as they were very attentive to our every need and performed their duties with poise and warmth.
My expectations were quite high and they exceeded them.

I highly recommend the Zermatterhof.

From the moment we were picked up in a horse and carriage from the train station, we knew this was going to be an amazing experience. The hotel looks incredible, like something out of a move and the service meets that expectation. We were given a welcome drink to enjoy at the outside bar which has a clear view of the Matterhorn, so right away, you see what you've been waiting for. We absolutely loved our stay there.
