First and foremost, this is low-cost accommodation in Zermatt. So if you take that perspective, I think your find a place very pleasant. The beds and bathroom are clean.

What I liked the most was that it had a small kitchenette that you could use to heat up some basic food. Also you had access to the spa of the near by Best Western hotel. I would definitely stay again

Nice view from the room. Well maintained and clean too. Equipped with small kitchen for food preparation. A short 10 to 15 mins walk. If you catch the bus the walk is less than 300m all in from train station

Needs a long walk and up hill climb from the hotel reception. Difficult to reach if you have luggage to pull along. The apartment was ok though the heaters didn't work. Have a small kitchen. So a good place for long stays. Look for better options for short stays.

The location was nice, only a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room had a kitchenette which was nice. The bed was comfortable. It was a good value

Great location! The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. I appreciate that I was able to have a stove and mini fridge during my stay so that I could make breakfast myself. Would definitely stay here again.

3bed room apartment with Full Kitchen(no rice cooker), broken cabinet, dirty, far from station, staffs not helpful. Matterhorn view is the only good thing here.

So you want to visit the Swiss Alps? Well look no further, this is a great place to stay especially if you are there for more than four nights. A home away from home, this small flat is cozy, clean and charming. Five minute walk from the train station and the bus stop that takes you to the slopes is a minute away. Not exactly a hotel and more of a flat with a small kitchen. Local supermarket is about three minute walk. Maid service comes about every other day just to take out trash and replace towels. We sprung a little extra for a room with a view of the Matterhorn, well worth it to wake up in the morning, open the curtains the majestic beauty of that ionic mountain.

The tiny kitchen was a nice touch. We made our own dinner, and enjoyed some home cooking. The room was clean and tidy.

A bit far from the Zermatt station and you have to check in at the Best Western Hotel though, still a budget and nice service apartment where you can cook your meals to save some cost, and having a nice Matterhorn mountain view under the sunny days.
