When staying at a place for the first time, we always hope for the best and this terrific hotel delivered. First priority was a great view of the Matterhorn. We certainly were not disappointed. The photo was taken from our balcony. Everything else about our room and the hotel amenities exceeded our expectations. This was a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere of this amazing location.

4 star hotel with 5 star services. Clean and comfort room. Room heating is diffuse from the floor that impressive me. Outstanding hospitality that beyond I expected. Rich and gourmet breakfast. Highly recommend for everyone.

The service is perfect. An inside and outside swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and snacks as well as great rooms with amazing view on the mountains.

I think korean 펜션 will best describe this hotel.
There are much better options for that price in Zermatt than this hotel.
Location is not bad. Even though it was far from the central area, It is located right next to the Glacier Parafise cable car. The view from the room is good. You can see the Matterhorn right through the bedroom window(Mountain View Deluxe).The swimming pool was warm and Sauna facility was also good. But The space was much smaller than I expected from the pictures I saw on the website because the pictures you see on the website were taken using the wide-angle camera. The pictures fools you! The breakfast is not premium quality. Actually It is a small hotel and If you are accompanied by children, This hotel is not definitely recommended. Among all hotels I stayed during this year's Swiss trip, only this hotel got paid the children money-70 CHF per night for my 7 year old daughter.
All things considered, definitely there are much better options for that price in Zermatt than this hotel. I will look for another place next time I come to Zermatt.response / report this review -
